Due to the fact we have no control over our customer’s conditions of use or application we cannot guarantee results and our services should be looked at as recommendations. Upon request, we can also provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).

Quality Guarantee – The quality of our products is essential for our business. With our Quality Management Program in place to we are committed to producing superior products with zero defects.

Order Placement – All orders should be placed with the buyer’s contact information both email and phone number included. Purchase order reference numbers, product part numbers, drawing numbers, as well as preferred carrier information and any additional pertinent information should also be included.

Minimum Order Quantity – MOQs are based on each individual product makeup. In order to produce the correct mixing action during manufacturing process certain levels must be maintained.

Freight Terms – All orders will be shipped FOB, Collect from Pacific, Missouri 63069 unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipment.

Payment Terms – Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless other terms have been agreed upon prior to the invoice date.
